Just google "gay Barcelona" and all the information will be there. WE will be in Barcelona in October as well, enjoy.

Try and check into upgrading to a corner jr suite at the Hotel Jazz,. It only cost us about $50/night more and it had 3 Juliette balcony's, huge closets, super bathrooms and great city views.

 

We looked into the gay bars in the area, but realistically no different than any other city in Anytown, USA except they spoke Spanish. Same old routine of drunk 60 year old guys hitting on drunk 20 somethings, it was funny but afterthe first night decided to enjoy the city instead

The Bacon Bar is not to far away. The hotel can give you directions. Nice bar to talk with people. No dance floor or anything like that. The patrons seemed very friendly as well as the bartenders. I had a good time when I was there!

not sure when you're in bcn, but there is a party hosted by "energy bears". should probably be more fun than a bar. it's on sat, july 21 at "chiringuito mar bella" if that fits your schedule. we will be there, and then sailing the next day.
