Yes, but I believe you have to give 24hr notice...although it might be Chef's Table that has the 24hr notice. But as long as you cancel the day before, you won't get charged with a penalty.

 

 

ETA...Just found my Steakhouse confimation card you get in your stateroom the night before. It states that your table will be held for 15 minutes. Nowhere does it say that there is a penalty for cancelling.
