It changes depending on what maintenance they have to do on the ship (Lifeboats, etc).

It's crapshoot - 50:50 for both Dawn and Star so far this season.

 

I commute along the Harbour Road each day and am able to see the ships across the Sound. Right now Dawn is docked Starboard side. Last week it was Port side.
