What is there left to do?

We scanned important docs and put them on a jump drive. Also looked up the Canadian consulate info for everywhere we travelled. Packed a set of clean clothing in our carryons (this was good for the Eclipse cruise we took this year where Celebrity couldn't find my luggage!!!).

We cruised Equinox last November and it was a wonderful ship and crew. And we flew into Rome beforehand as well. Amazing city!

We scan all our important documents as well as maps for where we are going (print as PDF's) and save them all to dropbox - http://db.tt/FJxGRUO9 - we can then access them on our phones, iPad, laptops etc. All without any cost.

If we know we will not have data, we can favourite the files on our devices before we go, which then downloads them to the phone etc. That way when we are in the middle of Rome for example, we can refer to that document on where we are. Simple :)
