Parking in Seattle

Scheduled on the Diamond sailing 5/21 out of Seattle. Can anyone give me some information about parking? Is the parking available at the pier? How is it handled?

Don't forget, the Diamond docks at Terminal 30, not Pier 66.

Parking at Pier 30 is a breeze. You can drive right up to where you drop off your luggage then proceed to the parking area which is right on the pier in a fenced area. (Alternatively, if you can handle your own luggage you could park first and walk to the terminal building which depending on where you park in the lot is only about 100-400 feet). When we disembarked we had the porter bring our luggage right to the car. If you get there early, it is a little chaotic since the disembarking passengers from the prior cruise are still loading into cabs. We got there about 10:30 or 11 and had the luggage unloaded and the car parked in about 10 minutes. As I recall the cost was $10/day. Note that parking and check-in for Princess is at the North end of the pier (Holland America is at the south end).

Hi there...we just returned from the Diamond 4-night cruise to Vanc/Ketchikan/Sea and parked at Terminal 30. You can pre-pay for parking using this website.

 

Keep in mind that the parking lot is only staffed from 7am-4pm.
