Revision on TA policies per Carnival

I just read this post on the Celebrity boards and haven't noticed that Princess has posted any notice of this, nor have I seen any on the Princess boards. Will this policy affect Princess and other brands owned by Carnival as of Aug 1, 2012?

The announcement I saw was made by Carnival Cruise Line, not Carnival Corporation. So it wiould not afffect Princess, HAL or any of the other lines owned by Carnival Corp.

Currently this is Carnival (the line) specific, not all Carnival (the corp). However, do I see this coming to Princess a couple of years down the road.. Yes. Much like they tightened up on advertising fares this past year, something Carnival had done a while ago.
