Nelson's Dockyard and Jolly Beach

We'll be in Antigua in mid December on Celebrity Summit. We were there two years before (Dec 2010), and took an island with beach tour with Lawrence. It was interesting, but I don't want to do a full tour again. We'd like to spend more time at Nelson's dockyard (2 hours?), and then have lunch either there or at Castaways on Jolly Beach, and then spend a couple hours at the beach before returning to the ship.

Anyone have suggestions on the best (cost effective) way to do this? We would probably have a group of 8 people or so. Taxi? Bus? Private tour?
