cruizn2escape Posted July 13, 2012 #1 Share Posted July 13, 2012 I have searched and read quite a bit about PVP's on this board. Does anyone have the extension of a PVP that they have had a good experience with? I usually use an on line travel agency but would consider a PVP if I would get great service. Thanks in advance for your help.
golfadj Posted July 13, 2012 #2 Share Posted July 13, 2012 Sorry we are not allowed here to give out the name of our pvp. On your next cruise ask around for one.
yogimax Posted July 13, 2012 #3 Share Posted July 13, 2012 Just call and have one assigned. See how they do. If unhappy, simply ask to be reassigned to a different one.
NCTribeFan Posted July 13, 2012 #4 Share Posted July 13, 2012 I love my PVP! I got him when the guy I had was promoted to supervisor. I much prefer this one. He calls me after my cruises, even after my HAL cruise, to see how it was. He returns my calls within 24 hours, even on weekends. I've called him about 5 times already for my next cruise. First it was to book a B2B. Then it was for a price drop. Then another one and to add a cabin. Then to change to two different cruises. Then to change cabins again. He laughs at me all the time because I know so much about the ships and Carnival. I wish I could send everyone to him because he deserves the business. I'm just afraid he'll be promoted and I'll lose him!

beckymomof2 Posted July 13, 2012 #6 Share Posted July 13, 2012 Just curious why you all aren't allowed to post a PVP's contact info?
Happy0810 Posted July 13, 2012 #7 Share Posted July 13, 2012 Just curious why you all aren't allowed to post a PVP's contact info? It would be advertising. PVPs work off commission and, if allowed to advertise, some PVPs would probably get a pseudo identity on Cruise Critic, act like they are a customer, and advertise for themselves. CC's rules eliminate that possibility.
