Question about C&A levels

Not the point system...I saw a post on that on the next page and it makes sense to me. We got mail today that had the points we've earned listed and it adds up. I was just wondering since they changed it to points, what does that equate to on levels of gold etc. We have 29 points and are gold. When do you hit the next level up?
