Scooter transfer from San Diego Airport

DH wants to take his Golden scooter (wt. 80 # with removable batteries) for our upcomimg cruise on the Westerdam this Oct. We ae arriving 2 days early into San Diego via Southwest. Where can I find transfer info from the airport to the Hotel and then the cruise pier ?? Thanks.
