Deep-Sea Fishing Tour

Hello all. My family sailing on Celebrity in January and my uncle would love to do a deep sea fishing tour with my dad. Which port would be better for this, St Kitts or St Martin? Both ports only offer one deep sea fishing tour each and basically offer the same thing/same time frame/same price range? Which location is better for fishing? Thanks.
