I was "chatting" with the RCL live operator yesterday, and they advised that it is 60-90 days out from the time of sailing that they open up.

 

I read on another post that they typically open them up in "waves" or "batches" and so you should just keep posting back.

 

You may also wish to register for your ship/sailing ROLL CALL. Someone on there will inevitability notice that it has opened up, and you may therefore be one of the first...

Our family is sailing 11/11 on the Allure. I have been able to make MTD and specialty restaurant reservations for quite some time now - at least a month. Reserved the CP Package with Giovanni's, Chops and 150 CP.

 

Entertainment is not yet available. We are still well over 100 days out.

 

I agree with Airbus guy....register for your Roll Call. If you are really anxious - you can check a couple of sailings ahead of you to see if anyone has announced opening of entertainment reservations.
