Early Saver Price Protection Form

I've read about submitting this form to Carnival by fax, but I only see the form on Carnival's website to fill out and submit electronically. Did I do this wrong?

IT may have been how it use to be. I just submitted it online and heard back in 3 days. Good Luck!

Yeah electronically sending in the form is the way to go now. I usually receive my reduction 2 days after. Super quick!

Ive never read this was ever submitted by fax.. you might have it confused with for instance the stock OBC request which can be faxed.

 

This has never ever been a faxed form.

I went through it today and didn't find it after numerous tips. I then emailed carnival back to get it in writing for backup

I have submitted the form 6 times for 5 cabins on the Cruise to Nowhere in October and the only thing I keep receiving is an email back saying the forms have been received. I have called Carnival 3 times and was told they are very behind and I should be hearing something from them any day now.

 

Does anyone have any suggestions? I have copies of each request I emailed.
