Late Night Food Service on HAL

We are sailing on the Noordam in January 2013. We have never sailed HAL. Last year on Navigator of the Seas (Royal Caribbean) after the late night movie we enjoyed a snack and chat with friends at the Promenade Cafe which was open almost around the clock. Does the Noordam have any similar late night snacking places, or is room service the only option? Also, my DH loves ice cream. Does the Noordam offer any self-serve ice cream for a mid-afternoon or evening snack. Thanks.

On one evening they will have the Chocolate Extravagana, but for the most part there are not a whole lot of food venues open late at night.. You can get room service round the clock...
