dave_k63 Posted July 29, 2012 #1 Share Posted July 29, 2012 I was just wondering - do they still have "international days" on the buffet when they feature caribbean, or german, or french or italian on various days?
mamajo3304 Posted July 29, 2012 #2 Share Posted July 29, 2012 I went on my first cruise in May (Paradise). When we got on the ship and went to lunch it was an Italian menu, however, that was the only meal like that during the 5 days. Many people around us commented throughout the week that the food was the worst they had ever had on a cruise. Being my first one, I didn't know the difference, however, from hearing other people talk about the food before we left, I had expected something different. I was just wondering - do they still have "international days" on the buffet when they feature caribbean, or german, or french or italian on various days? Shaded Lady Posted July 29, 2012 #3 Share Posted July 29, 2012 I just finished a cruise on the Paradise 2 weeks ago... the Lido Deck Buffet in the Paris Restaurant had Italian one day, then Caribbean, French then American on the last sea day... some of it wasn't bad, some was really good and some of it was totally awful- typical buffets in my opinion! golfadj Posted July 29, 2012 #6 Share Posted July 29, 2012 The trick is to get it when it first comes out. Veal parm sitting there for an hour kind of loses something.
