Weird....

I currently have 4 cruises booked. One in October this year. Then I have for January 2013, May 2013, and September 2013. Here is the weirdness...All of my cruises except for my May 2013 have my DH and I listed as Gold VIFP which is correct, but our May 2013 cruise has us listed as red, what gives?:confused:

I'm sure it's just a fluke - give customer service a call and they will take care of correcting it for you. Enjoy all of them!

No problem, I'm guessing. I've called our PVP because poor DH is a listed as Gold on the first leg of our B2B and Blue on the 2nd?! :eek:

 

They have him down correctly in their system. Our OBC wasn't showing on our paperwork, but it was showing on Carnival's side. I had him send me an e-mail with a screen shot showing the OBC (way more important than DH's status--I can get that fixed onboard if necessary), just in case.

We had 3 booked earlier this year and hard to keep track of the roll calls.

 

Now have two booked with a 3rd to be booked in Sept after we buy an fcc and a fourth to be planned in a few weeks.

I don't worry much about what color the website says I am, as long as my card is the right color when I check in at port!
