Forgot to order photos!

Hello! We forgot to order and pick up the official photos taken of us in our cruise last week! Is there any way I can contact NCL and ask to receive them electronically?

What ship? Call NCL customer servcie and ask for the number of the Photo company. I called, however too late. If you were on the Epic yes you can still get them. I don't remember the time limit, it was either 3 or 6 months they are held. Unfortunately for me, I waited to long.

 

I believe there was another ship mentioned, however I don't remember the name.

When we called NCL we were told that when the ships is emptied out and before new passengers board, they delete all photo's from that cruise. Call customer service if you like, but in the past this is what they have said.

We always had to go and find our photo's and ask for the prints, how would you tell them which pictures you want?
