Has anyone used their cruise parking and shuttle? Were you pleased with the shuttle service? Was there garage parking, or at least gated parking?

I live in Galveston

not familiar with quality of shuttle service to from port and hotel.

Haven't read anything bad about it though!

BUT just called them!

There is a parking lot

not street parking

no security persons

not gated or fenced

BUT ARE CAMERAS THOUGH

Also has shuttle service between hotel

and to/from Hobby and IAH Bush airports
