Vista or Penthouse Deck??

Have a question about the differences between the Concierge Balcony cabins on the Vista and Penthouse.

 

We booked on the Century - Vista, but then the question came up... would the Penthouse deck have been a better choice??

 

Any comments or opinions appreciated.

From what I've been told the Penthouse is the most preferred deck on the ship because it is quieter due to fewer cabins. It's also is supposed to have the best service because the most expensive suites are on this deck. :)
