Approximately how much are drinks?

Another newbie question. I am trying to decide what to order from Ship's Services based on buying drinks from room service vs mixing our own in our cabin. We don't drink many of the fancy drinks and will bring a few bottles of wine onboard, but would like a beverage or two pre-dinner each evening on the verandah.

A few weeks ago someone posted the complete room service bar menu. Just for example a 750ml bottle of Jim Beam was $29, I believe and a 1 liter bottle of Gray Goose was $61. At the bars, a cocktail is about $5.75 plus 15% gratuity, or around $6.50 each. I hope this helps.

There is also a different drink special everyday and I believe they are $3.75 and during BINGO they are 2 for 1. When we were on the Zuiderdam last month the 2 for 1 only applied to the drink special, but last summer on the Noordam the 2 for 1 was for all drinks including virgin drinks. My son loves the virgin strawberry daquaris.

Thanks so much. So, we can order a bottle from room service. I thought it was something I had to order through HAL before the trip.

 

The drink specials should be fun! I enjoy the virgin drinks myself sometimes.

 

One more thing to cross off this list of mine.
