jerday Posted August 14, 2012 #1 Share Posted August 14, 2012 Hi there! Does anyone know the difference between the balcony Vs. large balcony state rooms on the Carnival Magic? Looks like the "large balcony" rooms are aft. Rooms look larger on deck plans and are near the premium balcony rooms. Have any of you sailed in a "large balcony" room before? And if so, do you feel as if it was money well spent? Thanks:D
firefly333 Posted August 14, 2012 #2 Share Posted August 14, 2012 What categorys are you comparing?? if its a regular balcony its 35 s.f.. .. if its aft facing it should be 7 X 10. The cabins should all be the same size... unless it is the L shaped ones, which might be a tad smaller? Could you be a little more specific? 9Cs are the corner wraps and they are the best. floataway Posted August 14, 2012 #3 Share Posted August 14, 2012 Aft balcony's are deeper. There are some large balcony's where the rooms are laid out differently (sideways compared to most). I HIGHLY recommend the spa balcony. It's a regular balcony but comes with free week long spa pass. We just got backed and used it everyday. You will really enjoy the magic and any balcony is nice (well I avoid certain cabins on deck 6).
