eddmel Posted August 16, 2012 #1 Share Posted August 16, 2012 If you are given a refundable on board credit by the association your travel agent belongs to and you don't spend it on board, who does the refund go to? The donor of the credit or the cruiser?

The donor of the credit or the cruiser? If your onboard credit was the result of CASH MONEY being paid to Oceania, then the donor of the funds may get a refund from Oceania, provided that you have not used it. If the funds were promotional, then it is use it or lose it.

RetiredFL Posted August 16, 2012 #4 Share Posted August 16, 2012 If it is refundable, it is refunded to the passenger. Very few OBC are refundable however.
