"Chefs Table" available on Pride of America?

I just got an "answer" to my question about which night on the POA they hold the chef's table. The answer is that while it is in its trial phase this year, the day is not fixed, but it's unlikely that it will take place on nights the ship is staying overnight in a port. In the future (next year?), if the program is a success, they may introduce advanced booking like they do with specialty restaurants.

Anyone who sails on the POA in the next few months who wants to chime in on which night they hold the chef's table while you were on board, regardless of whether you indulged, your responses would certainly be appreciated!

The PoA has the Chef's Table twice each week. It is held at 6:30pm on Tue & Wed in Jefferson's Bistro.
