just got back last night - exceeded all of our expectations. we got lots of hints and ideas from this site so spend time here as we saved money and time from info we learned here. best hints: :) rent a vehicle in Cozumel. go to one of the beaches on the south end. we went to Palm Beach - excellent service, quiet, rental toys, clean, 2/4/1 margaritas. easy drive. go from there to Coconuts, Mezcalito's, Senor Iguanas. all fun. you can get a great map from www.cancunmap.com. :) take a mini-bus in Jamaica to wherever you want to go. right at the dock. specify to the driver exactly where you want to go and get a price. about$5.50 round trip to Dunns River FAlls. a nice quiet beach you can take the bus to is Mahogany. :) the stingray experience in Grand Caymen is excellent and pretty amazing. we took the Bucaneer on Captain Bryan's snorkel tour - $39.00. check on the boards for this site.

the food and service on the ship were great! this was our 5th cruise (1st Carnival) and we were not disappointed with anything. :( ships tours are pretty expensive and if you spend time on this site, you can figure out how to see and do what you want much more inexpensively.
