Onboard email

Recommended Posts

I just received my cruise docs (5 1/2 weeks before departure).

There are email addresses for both of us via cruisemail.net. Is anyone familiar with having the email address besides our normal yahoo.com email?

Never have noticed these in the past.

Believe the 2 respondents did not understand your question. Believe you found the $3.95 fee where Regent provided you your Regent e-mail address for the cruise. For people without an e-mail address or who only need to receive e-mail, your friends can send e-mails to your provided regent e-mail address and you can read them at no cost, silver and above or first cruise. However, if you respond to those incoming e-mails at your regent e-mail address, there is the charge.

However, if silver and above, you are correct and internet access is free for you. Just be sure to send your e-mails from your personal e-mail account via internet access or your outlook or similar program. The charge does not apply as you are simply using the internet and NOT the Regent e-mail system.

Hope this explains your question.
