4 x 4 Tours? Good or bad experience.

I've looked all over these boards and find little information about the 4 x 4 tours you can take in Ocho Rios. Anyone have any good or bad experiences with this? Carnival offers a tour and I think A-Z Jamaica will customize a tour to include this. Is it worth it? Is a TRUE 4 x 4 off-road experience?
