Which side of the ship?

We are going out of Galveston on Crown Princess and will visit Cozumel, Belize, and Roatan. Which side of the ship should our room be on to have the best views of the ports? We were on Royal Caribbean last time and we were on the best side when we came into dock, but we cannot remember which side we were on. Can anyone help? Thanks!

You really don't know ahead of time the best side. The ship might dock one side one stop and the other way the next time. A lot depends on weather , docking requirements of the engineering staff (maintenance or provisioning of water/fuel) or even how the port authority wants them to dock. Example : The last we cruised from San Pedro the ship was docked nose out . We we came back they docked nose in. I think that you can really guess which is the best side. If I was to guess probably the port side ???
