Splendour or Navigator or Norwegian Jade for Med Cruise?

We are considering a Med cruise for next summer. We sailed on Vision OTS out of Barcelona several years ago, but we are looking for a cruise that includes Greece and will have the kids with us this time (14 and 10 when we sail).

 

We have sailed Royal Caribbean, Holland America, Disney and Carnival, but never NCL. Does anyone have a favorite among those three ships for an Eastern Med itinerary?
