ES Price Drop - FCC OBC Removed?

so weird!

 

i filed for a ES price drop last week. i just received an email from CCL Cabin Confirmations that now shows my OBC to be less the $100 OBC from my FCC, and my VIFP level, which was gold, is now shown as red ...

 

is this just a glitch? i know their computer systems have been really funky lately ...

 

 

and yes, before you suggest it, i am currently on hold with CCL guest solutions. :o

Yes when they update their system with your OBC from a price drop, we have to call and have our FCC put back on. So dumb.
