Just returned from the FOS 8/26 cruise.

We are diamond and this was our second cruise on FOS. Last cruise was 2010

I use to think that Celebrity was much better in Food and Service.

I can tell you now that I think that they are now equal.

Of course this is just one man's opinion.

The service factor has risen and the food in the MDR was excellent.

Good features

Diamond Lounge.

Jr suite- if you can afford it - do it

New menu additons were great

Rack of lamb in MDR and Lamb chops in Portofino

Filet in Chops

SOUPS- all were good- cold or hot.

Captain speech at noon. He was funny and informative. He also empasized that you control your children or off the ship you go.

Table 31 in the Galieo dining room with Teti- table for 4 on the window.

William our room steward.

The adult pool area with real lounges and pads.

Drinks actually had booze in them that you could taste.

The production shows - they were excellent quality with people WHO could really sing and Harmonize together.

Cory at the piano bar.

Coffee bar on deck 5 - 24 hour with Seattles Best and Starbucks

Windjammer DIVERSITY of selection of food.

Damond ticket booklet with REAL values.

Renting the yacht in ST Thomas that holds only 6. This was a listed tour.

Yacht was Island Girl with Capt Mike .

Improvements

Real Chaise lounges on the balcony for suites with pads and more comfortable chairs.

Overall- great value ..

I am a pretty simple guy but quality comes first- not quantity.

This ship had its act together..
