Family Dance Party

Does Oasis Have a family dance spot? My 8 year love loves to groove, at least for a little bit....

Children can come into the dance lounges with parents...at least, until a certain time....so sure, your child can dance to the pool band, or the combo that plays around the ship, and earlier in the evening, take them to the nightclub.....as long as they are with you, it's ok.

Most of the lounges allow children up until 11PM

Every RCI ship we have been on has some sort of Family Dance party - so just look for it in the compass.

 

There will be plenty of opportunities for your 8 year old to have their own dance party without going to a lounge. The thought kind of makes me cringe. There was a thread about this on the RCI board where some professional dancers were complaining about the people allowing their kids in the dance lounges because the kids were getting knocked over. So I worry about the kids. Add a little alcohol and the adults will just knock the kids right out of the way. :(

 

So just be on the lookout for the more family friendlier venues.

 

During the pool parties there is always a lot of dancing with kids.

Yeah... The nightclub scene really wouldn't be our thing. I will just watch the compass and try to find a family time.

 

There must be dancing at the dream works parades?

I didnt know that the kids were allowed in the lounges and dance club. THe girls will love this!
