Are the guest laundries on the Breeze coin operated or something else? John said they use a card, which card ?

I'm pretty sure I read it was the S&S card, and something didn't work recently, and everyone got free laundry service for 2 days.

I read about this on John's blog earlier this week......what a great thing, this will make it so much easier....Even though we are Platinum and nearly Diamond we still prefer to do our own laundry, on the rare cruises that we need to.

 

I wonder if they have considered programing the system to give each Platinum guest their 3 loads of laundry for free even when they are doing it themselves? That might lessen the burden on the deck A laundry and the stewards and such.

I like your way of thinking on programming the system to give each Platinum/Diamond their laundry. DH socks come back kinda dingy looking when he send them out.
