What is latest time for name change

I leave Sunday on the Pride. My aunt who is going with me just called to say an emergency with her adult son may keep her from going. She will not know until around noon on Friday. She told me to see if I could find someone as a backup to take her place just in case. Our cruise was NOT booked with ES fare. What's the latest you can change name of person sailing ?? I know this info is already here somewhere, but to be honest I'm a little dazed by the phone call and I can't think straight right now. If need be I will go by myself, but I'm upset for my aunt.

Last year my SIL got sick the day before a cruise. I was able to take his place. IIRC there was a $50.00 charge to change.
