Good place to go for breakfast Downtown Miami/Port area

staying at the intercontinental miami- where is a good place to go for breakfast, nice, good value, not too greasy spoonish. Don't want to pay 30 bucks for a cinnamon bun at the hotel, thx!!

Next door at Bayside, Tradewinds Bar and Grill opens at 9am for breakfast. We went there the last two cruises before checking out for breakfast. They have all the usual breakfast fare, eggs, omelets, pancakes, french toast, etc. and it's pretty good. The meals run in the $8-10 range.

There is another or two there open even earlier for breakfast. Don't ask me the names. :o Just remember that the stores won't be open but the few breakfast places will be.

Who has time for breakfast the morning before a cruise? By the time we all get up, get ready, and get everything arranged in our carryons versus checked baggage, its time to go to the port!:D

Its a bit of a walk, but I like Deli Lane at 921 Brickell Ave. If its a Saturday the Miami Rubber Tire Trolley will take you there for free.
