Cooking Shore Excursion in Puerto Vallarta

We are cruising on the Disney Wonder leaving on Nov. 11, 2012. They have a shore excursion entitled "Mexican Cooking Experience" in Puerto Vallarta. Has anyone ever done this excursion? We are thinking of booking it, but would love to hear the good and the bad about it.

We are doing a similar excursion with Celebrity the end of this month. We booked it because one of our favorite Mexican excursions was a cooking class excursion in Acapulco. It was lots of fun with great recipes and featured the best of Acapulco's local cuisine. If you enjoy photography it's an opportunity to capture some memorable pictures. Some of my favorite Mexico cruise photos are those I took of the beautifully displayed ingredients and vivid colors.
