yes, and when I look at different ships' deck cameras (when they are at sea) alot of chairs are empty....

Yes, it is working. We just returned on the Legend and actually saw the pool attendant remove stuff from three chairs, right in front of the pool, that had been there for awhile with no one sitting in them. Sooooo glad Carnival has started this program. We never had a problem finding a chair the whole week. :)

Glad to hear they're actually making an effort to enforce it. However, we've never had too much trouble finding chairs somewhere. Not to say there aren't many selfish PAX out there.
