You don't ask, you don't get

On a recent C&M cruise we had a few issues on our excursions, one in particular was poor.

At the time we were given a 30% discount and were told if we were not happy with that we had to take it up with head office, so we did.

We were subsequently offered a further refund and were told that only two other couples had complained about the trip. I replied that I was not surprised as we are British and don't complain properly and that we were still unhappy with the extra money offered, it was just a free e-mail so what harm could there be in asking I thought

Less than a week later another letter from C&M arrived containing another cheque that took the total money back to £50pp (the trip cost £67pp) which we have accepted as adequate compensation.:D

And the moral is if you're not happy complain, if you're still unhappy ask for more....IF YOU DON'T ASK YOU DON'T GET !
