Celebrity Port and Hotel

If you are embarking/debarking - you will dock at the Pan Am Pier. It is on the other side of a large U shaped harbor from the old San Juan area. There are a few new hotels near there but I would not stay there. We prefer to stay in old San Juan so we can walk walk walk....... we love it there.

We have stayed at the El Convento and the Sheraton Old San Juan. We prefer El Convento but they have a 2 night minimum on the weekends so it depends on if you are staying one night pre cruise only....... Sheraton is also in a good area but not quite as good as EC.

The port is a short taxi ride.

The port is along the area above the aeropuerto de isle grande. This is a small regional airport - not the international airport you fly into from the US.
