Perfume

There are 'duty free' stores at the top of each dock. We don't purchase much scent these days but we see lots of folks shopping there and imagine the prices would be as good there as anywhere.

There seems to be a fair selection.

Be careful. On my first trip to Cozumel (2005) I purchased a bottle of my favorite perfume only to find out once I got home that it was nothing more than a bottled of colored water.

I wish I could remember the name of the shop but I can't. I do remember though thinking how nice the shop looked from the outside so it had to have been an honest place.

My suggestion is that if the bottle isn't a gift for someone, unwrap the seal, open the box, unseal the bottle and smell it.
