Atlantis excursion question.

We are going on the Pride in a couple weeks and wanting to go to Atlantis. I was looking at the excursions on the Carnival website and had a question about one. I am looking at doing the Atlantis Aquaventure Full Day with Lunch. Before I book it I wanted to make sure I read it right. With that excursion do you get to go to both the water park and the aquarium? If I am reading it right it looks like that is the case, but there are no reviews for the excursion. I think it is because they are having a sale on the Atlantis excursions. Thank you for your help. This is our first time going to the Bahamas and really wanted to experience Atlantis. I just want to make sure we do it right. Please do not flame me for not posting this in the excursion forum. I put it here because it is a Carnival excursion.

Yes, you have pretty much full access to Atlantis. We did this excursion on our last cruise, the water slides are great. Have fun.:)

We booked a room at the Comfort Suites next door for the day. Cost was about $240 total & got us full access wristbands for 4 people. If you search on the Nassau Port of Call board, you can get lots of information about booking the Comfort Suites.

There are about two hundred threads a week on the Bahamas board about Atlantis. You should be able to find anything you need to know about it there.

You also have access to the beach area. It is a good deal. As the above poster mentioned check for a cheaper rate for comfort suites. We have a room at the Atlantis since we are in Nassau for 2 days. The comfort suites was only $5 cheaper and hasnt gone down.
