Excite the Senses. How was it?

It appears that we March cruise we have booked on the Reflection is an "Excite the Senses" cruise.

For those who have experienced one of those cruises in the past, how did you enjoy it?

We did an excite the senses on the Silhouette. We had pastry Chef Thierry Houlbert on board as well as Chef Bruno (don't remember last name). They did demos and tastings and we quite enjoyed it. The chefs were very personable and stopped to speak to the passengers all the time. Seemed like we saw them all over the ship. We were in Aqua Class and saw Chef Thierry there many times, he would come to our table and speak to us each time. We found that the excite the senses part of the cruise did add some interesting things to the overall experience and I book one again.
