The international cafe serves warm cookies.... the Island does not have one at the moment. The emerald does

How warm they are depends on how soon you get there after they have been removed from the oven.

Usually they do disappear fast enough that a new warm batch is soon there.

From the Princess Website:

"Cookies & Milk

An industry first and exclusive to Princess, enjoy our warm, fresh, soft-baked cookies and ice cold milk served to you daily on the open decks and in the Piazza."

There is no disclaimer about only on ships with an International Cafe although we did not check this out during our two afternoons on the Coral during our Coastal Cruise last month. This was offered on the Golden last month but she does have an IC. They brought warm(ish) cookies and cold milk around starting at 3:30 PM.

There was a change in the availability of warm, just baked cookies in the IC. On the Golden in 2009 they seemed to be bringing out warm cookies much of the time. On our cruise last month there were always cookies available but they were often not warm. The problem must be that people are not eating as many cookies to keep warm ones coming out of the oven sooner  They did offer to put cookies back in the oven to heat them up if you asked, sort of fresh re-baked.
