It sounds like there is a behind the scenes tour available on ship? Does anyone know the cost and what you get to tour? Do you see kitchen and motor room for example?

The All Access Tour is $150pp. Kitchen yes, engine room usually not. Maybe engine control room, but the room with the actual engines is usually off limits.
