Mariner after dry dock

Recommended Posts

Hello i was wondering for those of you that have sailed Mariner after her dry dock can you tell me if there are less smoking areas. I have read several reviews from before her dry dock that several areas smelled very smoky and am hoping that smoking has been limited after her dry dock. we are travelling with our child whom has had 7 open heart surgeries so that is why i am concerned. Thank you for your help.

I quit smoking in March this year and was dredding going on the ship in June. I must admit, the only time I noticed people smoking was in the casino. A couple of the bars also but other than that didn't really notice it.:)

Having sailed on Mariner at the end of Aug I can say I only smelt smoke in the casino, the Wig and Gavel pub on the Royal Promenade on deck 5 (especially in the morning when I was passing down the Royal Promenade for coffee as people sat in there smoking with theirs), Boleros on deck 4 and the Dragons Lair disco on deck 4.

I quit 2 years 10 months ago and seem to be getting more sensitive as time passes!
