Watching Dream Leave PC Today

While watching the Dream leave Port Canaveral today I noticed a man holding his child on his shoulders on the top deck. I'm probably a bit over protective here but what if he stumbles and dumps the child overboard? Does anyone else think this is kinda taking a chance?

 

I'm sure the chances are slim but would you want to take that chance.

As slow as the ship goes I am sure its not a big deal... Also if it were not to be done there would be signs or a crew memeber telling him not too.
