cattman Posted November 6, 2012 #1 Share Posted November 6, 2012 We booked the Nachi-Cocom day package for our Allure cruise back on September 19, and I just realized we never received a confirmation email. Our PayPal account was charged, and I printed out the reservation confirmation from the website, but after four emails to their reservation department we still have not heard from them. Our cruise sails Nov. 18 and we're in Cozumel Nov. 23. Do you think the confirmation from the website will be enough to get in? We'd hate to be turned away at the gate... but they did take our deposit. Anyone have a similar experience? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I booked online 3 days ago and have not received the confirmation email and I emailed to let them know I had not per their instructions if I haven't received it within 48 hours. So I'll bug them again in a week and if I do not get a response I guess I'll just bring the printed Confirmation number. OP, hope you have a great time!
