I am not seeing the above option. Does anyone know if they are stopping the TA in 2014?

The last one is in the Fall of 13.

That's because the itineraries later than April 2014 haven't been released yet. None of them regardless of region. Any ships being repositioned do so in the Spring and Fall. The new itineraries will be released probably in March. Until then, no one will be able to book before you do.
