While it is not foolproof, I can get a good idea of what the weather (temperature and rain) has been like for that week for the past few years. http://www.wunderground.com At the top is a tab Local Weather. Third line down is History Data. Fill in your city, and the timeframe and year and you have some history. Hope this helps someone as it has helped me. J.
