Seems their rccl sale brochure arrived as we here on the south shore of long island Ny were were assessing and suffering from the realization of our losses from superstorm sandy. Although the brochure initially felt like salt in the wound it did bring hope for brighter days. The e mail apology for the timing of the mailing was unnecessary however made one feel that others felt our pain and we were not alone. Great business move and a heartfelt thankyou to rccl.
