FTTF & Luggage Tags from porters?

We purchased FTTF for our Destiny Cruise that leaves Monday and was wondering if I can use the luggage tags from the porter at the curb and if they can label them as FTTF or do I have to print these off in my documents on the website? My printer is out of ink and I really don't want to go buy any! :) Thanks for your help.

I would imagine you would need the official ones. If they allowed one to write it on, then everyone would do it.

We did FTTF in October on the Imagination, print out the tags you have, then just show the porter. They have dedicated carts to put you bags on.

 

Your room will be ready when you board, we boarded with the VIP's.

Enjoy a no crowded lunch, and your bags will be there when you are done!!! :D

You have to have the faster to fun logo on them in order to get it put in priority.

We were on Destiny last week as VIP. Not many VIP and FTTF was a waste of money I thought. The embark process was extremely quick. It was nice having room ready immediately.

I am sure Carnival will tell you that all porters in the appropriate ports know about FTTF and can provide you an FTTF luggage tag if you show them a FTTF boarding pass. This may or may not be the case.

 

When we dropped a bag off with a porter in Miami last month ( the port that has been doing FTTF the longest), as diamond we should nave received FTTF handling. DW even saw the FTTF luggage cart and pointed out that the VIP logo on our bag meant that we should go on that cart. As she turned around and looked back 1/2 a block later he had placed our bag on a different cart. Our bag was delivered 1 1/2 hours after FTTF bags were dropped across the hall.

You are going to have to get ink to print out your FunPass anyway....

 

I would print out my luggage tags as well...
